Announcing Vicharm

I put a little personal project, vicharm, up on GitLab today. It's not ready for prime time, but it's in the 'works-for-me' and 'scratches-my-itch' category of awesomeness.

The vicharm project page on gitlab has all the details. There is a healthy roadmap of improvements planned.
